Job Summary
Were looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Lead to join our Kyiv Design Hub team. Youll lead a team of designers through the entire design process ensuring that the work aligns with Wixs high standards of design excellence.
In your day-to-day you will:
Lead design vision and strategy ensuring consistency and quality
Mentor the design team providing feedback and fostering growth
Act as Kyiv Design Hubs representative within the global company
Encourage creativity pushing the boundaries of web design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals
Ensure high standards by reviewing and refining designs
Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
Continuously improve design processes and workflows
Keep up with the latest web design trends and technologies
Qualifications :
6 years of professional web design and brand experience with a strong portfolio
Proven experience in leading design teams and driving design strategy
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Figma Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Creative problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A deep passion for web design and user experience
Self-motivated organized and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
