Job Summary

Star Pharmacy Group is looking for a Merchandise and Refit Officer to drive store presentation merchandising standards and support exciting refits and acquisitions across our pharmacy network.

About the Role

Youll help stores deliver the best customer experience by:

Leading merchandising planogram and store presentation standards
Supporting store teams with training coaching and compliance
Rolling out promotions and visual merchandising updates
Providing on-site support during refits renovations and acquisitions (with some interstate travel)

About You

Were seeking someone with:

Retail or pharmacy experience ideally with merchandising knowledge
Strong organisational and communication skills
Hands-on practical approach with the ability to train and motivate
Flexibility to travel as required
