High Voltage Substation Project Manager Data Center

• Manage the planning execution and delivery of HV substation projects (132kV or higher).
• Coordinate with clients (e.g. TNB) consultants contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Energy Commission (ST) regulations and TNB standards.
• Monitor project progress budget and quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead site inspections safety audits and technical reviews.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules reports and permits.
• Supervise installation testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Liaise with local authorities for approvals and inspections.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HV substation or transmission & distribution projects.
• Experience with TNB projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems protection schemes and SCADA integration.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
