Job Summary

As our Scheduling Coordinator youll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive consistent high-quality care by managing and coordinating schedules with precision and empathy. Youll be the bridge between our clients Care Professionals and internal teamsmaking sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What Youll Do

  • Create and manage schedules that meet both client needs and staff availability
  • Consider travel time holidays training and last-minute changes
  • Match Care Professionals to new clients and arrange introductions
  • Maintain continuity of care with consistent staff and timings
  • Communicate schedule updates across teams quickly and clearly
  • Build strong relationships with clients and Care Professionals
  • Work closely with recruitment and care teams to ensure staffing levels
  • Keep accurate records using our scheduling system (e.g. People Planner)
  • Support the on-call rota (1 in 6 evenings/weekends) and visit clients if needed
  • Ensure compliance with equality diversity and inclusion policies

 

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in scheduling (home care healthcare logistics or similar)
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office CRM systems People Planner)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Calm organised and detail-focused under pressure
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Positive resilient and quick to build rapport
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorships available)
