3D Modelling and Animation Specialist

As a 3D Modelling Specialist you will be part of a dynamic CGI team responsible for creating high-quality virtual content for our global FMCG clients. Your work will directly contribute to pre-release product promotions and enhanced online sales experiences.

This role goes beyond 3D modelling alongside creating both simple and complex CGI models youll actively contribute to developing workflows improving output quality and supporting the growth of our CGI function. Working with industry-standard tools like Maya 3DS Max and Blender IC3D youll collaborate with colleagues in Pakistan and the UK to deliver consistent world-class CGI solutions.

Note: This will be an office-based job.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D product models for photorealistic rendering.
• Apply and edit layered artwork on 3D models to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with the UK CGI team to maintain global standards.
• Deliver work within agreed KPIs and customer SLAs.
• Work flexibly across the CGI department transferring skills and knowledge as required.
• Use and develop model creation matrices to enhance efficiency.
• Train associates on relevant systems software and processes when needed.
• Identify escalate and recommend solutions for process improvements.
• Provide support on additional projects/processes when required.
• Lead by example in punctuality professionalism and productivity.
• Knowledge of animation principles and how they apply to 3D modelling.
• Ability to collaborate with animators texture artists and technical directors.

Qualifications :

• In-depth knowledge of 3D modelling and UV mapping processes.
• Bachelors degree preferred in a relevant subject or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Maya and/or Blender.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Creative background with exposure to CGI photography and post-production.
• Understanding of print-ready packaging artwork.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new processes.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong understanding of data confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
