Job Summary

The Solution Specialist (Web) plays a central role in enabling governing and continuously improving TOMRAs web platforms. Acting as a bridge between Group IT Brand Marketing & Communications divisional stakeholders and external partners this role ensures scalable secure and compliant digital solutions. The position supports both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational excellence across the global web ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Platform Governance Govern CMS platforms analytics and integrations ensuring compliance with branding security and enterprise standards.
  • Solution Delivery & Support Translate business needs into technical requirements coordinate delivery with internal teams and vendors and provide L2/L3 support to maintain high availability and service levels.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as the interface between IT BMC divisional stakeholders and external partners to drive effective collaboration and consistent outcomes.
  • Project Execution Lead technical delivery for website redesigns feature rollouts and integrations ensuring alignment with agile planning and release schedules.
  • Training Documentation & Financial Oversight Develop training materials maintain usage guidelines and track vendor hours and budgets to support sustainable operations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
  • 710 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT or web services
  • Previous hands-on experience with Optimizely (advantageous)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical execution
  • Skilled in project delivery release management and hybrid IT delivery models

  • Incident & Problem Management (L2/L3)
  • SLA and Compliance Frameworks
