Job Summary
You take pride in keeping things clean and tidy. By cleaning our public areas you will create a pleasant atmosphere in your Motel One including:
- Upholding and implementing our Motel One cleaning standards
- Performing various tasks in communal areas and assisting Housekeeping staff especially with linen
- Professionally and productively working with external cleaning contractors
- Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
Occasionally support the team as a Housekeeping Supervisor duties including:
- Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department
- Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff
- Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching cross-training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping
- Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams
Qualifications :

- Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career
- Pay attention to detail ensuring that everything is kept clean and tidy
- Have an excellent sense of quality and service
