As a Patient Insights Manager (f/m/d) you will be responsible for:

• Creating surveys and questionnaires for patients caregivers healthcare professionals advocacy groups and sites.
• Translating study inclusion/exclusion criteria into clear patient-friendly screening questions.
• Designing surveys based on project objectives and align goals with clients before launch.
• Monitoring and evaluating survey performance identifying patterns trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Presenting data through clear reports and visualizations tailored to different stakeholders.
• Conducting research on diseases populations and recruitment strategies.
• Collecting and analyzing KPIs to improve survey and recruitment performance.
• Developing and refining processes methods and guidelines for survey design and management.

We would like you to have:

• Bachelors degree in health sciences or related field or equivalent experience in market research/surveys.
• Strong skills in project management data analysis critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience with survey design patient screening and/or clinical trial protocols.
• Ability to turn data into insights through dashboards storytelling and clear presentations.
• Knowledge of market research best practices risk management and consulting approaches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and survey tools (e.g. Tableau LimeSurvey Mailjet).
• Fluency in English
