Job Summary
Position Overview

As an Outbound Shipping Clerk youll become a part of this mission by helping to verify &; keep records of outgoing shipments. Youll make a difference by utilizing your strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills to get the job done.

Job Description
You will contribute by:
- Preparing documents such as work orders bills of lading and shipping orders to route products
- Recording shipping data such as weight charges space availability and damages and discrepancies for reporting accounting and record keeping purposes
- Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damage and non-conformance to specifications
- Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight shape and height levels

- Grocery (dry goods) about 50- 90
- Perishable (Refrigerated) about 28- 60
- Frozen about -20 - 0
Were searching for candidates with:
- At least six months of warehouse experience
- Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
- Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization
- Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures
