Your Role as IT Architect

As an IT Architect in theInfrastructure Services teamwithin Global IT you will play a key role in shaping and delivering endpoint management solutions. You will collaborate closely with infrastructure colleagues and stakeholders leveraging your expertise in client services to secure and optimize ALKs IT architecture.

This is aninternational rolewith approx.510 travel days per year.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver projects focused onWindows Server Windows 11 and M365.
ManageMECM Current Branchand Microsoft Intune.
AdministerGroup Policiesand implement centralized computer management tools.
Develop and optimize operating system deployment via task sequences.
Secure and continuously improve IT client architecture including baseline applications.
Lead and participate inGlobal IT Infrastructure Services projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft enterprise products.
Support the integration and qualification of new technologies.
Contribute to Microsoft and 3rd party application patching processes.
Document best practices and train IT professionals.
Stay updated on industry trends to drive forward-thinking solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align with ALKs strategic goals.

Your Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience withWindows client/server designin an enterprise environment.
Expertise inMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
Proficiency inPowerShellor other Microsoft scripting.
Experience withMicrosoft Intune.
Strong focus onsecurityacross infrastructure and architecture.
Excellentproblem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally.
Passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of IT technologies.
Experience withGxP and qualification of computerized systemsis an advantage.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
