Are you a passionate and positive self-starter who is looking for a new challenge We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer based in Otahuhu who will provide national support for the Service Group.

As an Administration Officer you will demonstrate a high level of competence in a wide range of administrative tasks including supporting the needs of multiple managers and workgroups across the country and day-to-day administrative and operational needs of a dedicated addition you will possess well developed interpersonal and communication skills and be self-managing.

Key Accountabilities:

  • General administrative support for the group nationally (including liaison with applicable parties to organise travel accommodation venue bookings and/or messing arrangements as required)
  • Demonstrate initiative and accountability
  • Be competent using Microsoft Word Excel Power Point and Outlook
  • Managing the administration email box for the Service Group
  • Excellent at time management and prioritising
  • Ability to manage day to day office systems
  • Manage meeting coordination and related correspondence including actions
  • You will be positive and enthusiastic

Utu ā-tau Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63256 and $66312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role
