Job Title: Marketing Sales Agent Busch Gardens (Tampa FL)

Job Summary

Join the excitement at Wyndham Destinations as a Marketing Sales Agent at our Busch Gardens location in Tampa! As a brand ambassador youll engage with guests at one of the areas most popular attractionsconnecting them with the opportunity to experience our award-winning vacation ownership presentations. This is a sales-focused role where enthusiasm professionalism and a passion for people lead to success.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.

• Greet engage and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview presentation.

• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.

• Schedule and confirm tour reservations collecting required deposits when necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all company policies procedures and regulatory requirements while achieving minimum performance goals.

• Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings.

• Stay current on marketing information materials and industry trends.

• Set and review personal performance goals weekly monthly and annually.

Travel Requirements

• No travel required outside of the home site area.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required.

• Must maintain established production standards.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a shared workspace.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Word MS Excel and general computer/smart device usage.

Experience

• 13 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required.
