The position carries considerable responsibility. Engineers are expected to be able to handle all aspects of a program including customer contact with sales and program management M&P problem solving estimating part fabrication (incl. development and transition to production) through shipment of the product. All activities are to be in accordance with CHI policies and Procedures and the CHI quality manual.

Must be US Person and provide proof US Person status
Bachelors degree preferred and/or equivalent engineering experience. Minimum 5 years experience in Aerospace Composites
Language Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including ability to work independently and with teams across a broad spectrum of positions and departments (e.g. quality production program management). Must work well with customers.
Good analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
