At RISE Baymeadows we dont just lease apartments we build relationships and create experiences. As a Leasing Professional Intern youll get a front-row seat to the day-to-day operations of a thriving residential community learning the ins and outs of leasing marketing customer service and resident engagement.

This internship is perfect for students or recent grads exploring a career in real estate property management hospitality or business. If youre enthusiastic outgoing and eager to learn we want to hear from you!
What Youll Be Doing
- Assist with tours and help prospective residents discover what makes RISE Baymeadows feel like home
- Learn how to process applications leasing documents and resident communications
- Support social media marketing and outreach initiatives to drive traffic and brand awareness
- Help plan and participate in community events and resident engagement activities
- Gain exposure to industry-standard leasing software and daily property operations
- Shadow experienced team members and receive mentorship throughout the internship
What Were Looking For
- A positive people-first attitude and a desire to learn
- Strong communication skills and a friendly professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work part-time hours including occasional weekends
- Interest in real estate marketing hospitality or property management
