Job Summary

Your Team Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced MDM Specialistto join our Data Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC)This role requires a unique balance of technical expertiseand strategic oversight ensuring that reference data is accurate trusted and accessible across the organization. By leveraging Informatica MDM as the primary platform and Collibraas a governance enabler the role will drive both operational efficiency and regulatory compliance while enabling data-driven decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

MDM Design & Delivery
  • Design and implement Informatica MDM solutionsfor enterprise-wide reference data domains (e.g. Client Contacts Product Vendor).
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycleof MDM implementation including requirements gathering data modeling match/merge rule configuration survivorship and workflow automation.
  • Oversee data ingestion integration and synchronization pipelinesacross upstream and downstream systems ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Define and optimize golden record creationstrategies through advanced match/merge survivorship and hierarchy management rules.
  • Ensure integration of MDM with CRM and ERP Systems (Salesforce and SAP) BI platforms cloud data lakes and Other Systems.
Data Governance & Strategy
  • Define and enforce reference data standards and quality frameworksto align with enterprise governance policies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders data stewards and technology teams to promote data ownership and stewardship accountability.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements(e.g. BCBS 239 GDPR) through trusted reference data management.
  • Leverage Collibra (added advantage)for data cataloging lineage tracking glossary management and stewardship workflows.
  • Drive a data-driven culture ensuring reference data supports business decision-making analytics and regulatory reporting.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to MDM developers and data engineers.
  • Establish best practices KPIs and monitoring frameworksfor MDM success and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and technology leaders to align MDM initiatives with the enterprise data strategy.
  • Troubleshoot production issues ensuring system performance scalability and security.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8 years of experiencein data management with extensive expertise in Informatica MDM(Hub IDQ Data Director Hierarchy Manager).
  • Proven hands-on experience in MDM architecture design and deliveryat enterprise scale.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling entity resolution match/merge rules survivorship and hierarchies.
  • Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL Informatica ETL/IDQ and databases(Mondo DB Oracle SQL Server etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate MDM with enterprise applications data warehouses BI tools and cloud environments( Azure GCP).
  • Experience in data governance practices; knowledge of Collibrais an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to balance technical depth and business alignment.
  • Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communicationskills and technical levels.
Added Advantage
  • Hands-on experience with Collibra workflowsfor stewardship cataloging and governance alignment.
  • Knowledge of metadata management data privacy and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD and automationfor MDM deployments.
