Job Summary:

Acrisure is seeking a Treasury Technology Analyst to join our growing team in Grand Rapids MI. The Treasury Technology Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Acrisures various treasury technology addition this role will assist with implementing optimizing and supporting Acrisures treasury technology platforms. The Analyst will collaborate with global finance and technology teams to drive automation ensure data integrity data security and deliver process improvements that align with Acrisures strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Validate analyze audit and maintain global payment data across treasury platforms and related systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Act as initial escalation point for all treasury technology issues including file transmission failures rejected payments account balance variances and other issues that arise in our day-to-day workflows
• Manage the day-to-day maintenance of Acrisures treasury technology platforms such as Kyriba and related systems ensuring tasks such as user access and security data review/updates loan administration mapping rule updates and bank fee analysis are all operational
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for treasury technology workflows and data management processes ensuring consistency and transparency
• Regularly perform data quality assessments and reconciliation activities to identify and resolve discrepancies across treasury platforms
• Assist with the deployment and administration of Kyriba modules including configuration mapping updates and interface management
• Support implementation of new Treasury Technology tools programs and processes

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned tasks and regular duties all while maintaining high standards of data accuracy
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Comfortable navigating situations where instructions or available information may be unclear or evolving
• Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously ensuring data review and consistency across initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and timelines
• Comfortable working with large datasets ensuring data quality security and enforcing data quality standards
• Capable of designing data validation and reconciliation processes
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear accurate insights for leadership
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel or similar analysis tools
• Solid understanding of database functionality data management concepts and data validation/reconciliation processes

Education and Experience:

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required with a Finance or Accounting emphasis preferred.
• 3 years experience within a large Treasury function; focusing on cash management activities required
• Proven proficiency with treasury and banking technology solutions including treasury management systems (Kyriba GTreasury etc.) banking portals data transmission interfaces and flows data integrations
• Experience with accounting systems (Workday NetSuite etc); knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts
• Experience with cash management FX investment management and debt
• Experience maintaining data governance frameworks
• Experience in optimizing treasury operations and technologies with a focus on robust data governance
• Experience working with technical and non-technical cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred
