Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Practice Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals clinics or similar organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage staff and provider schedules/PTO
- Work closely with the Chief of the division
- Be the bridge between the providers and the admin team
- Answer phones schedule patient appointments send messages from patients to the providers help resolve patient issues/complaints and other related managerial duties.
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
