About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Technician to oversee our busy Auto Service Department. In this key leadership role youll manage daily workflow mentor technicians ensure repair quality and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support service technicians in diagnostics repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct quality control checks and verify proper repair procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed.
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding job status estimates and timelines.
- Monitor and enforce safety cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in training and development of technicians and apprentices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in an auto service environment.
- ASE Certification(s) strongly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
