At Home Instead we provide personalized in-home care for aging adultsfrom personal and memory care to hospice and 24-hour assistance. Who Were Looking For:

  • Experienced: At least 1 year of experience in scheduling dispatching customer service or administrative support is preferred; a home care or healthcare background is a strong plus. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Leader: Confident in taking initiative and leading through collaboration to achieve team and company goals
  • Organized & Adaptable: Skilled in time management and critical thinking especially under pressure.
  • Communicative & Collaborative: Excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment and builds strong working relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems; experience with ClearCare or WellSky is a bonus but we are happy to train.
  • Mission-Aligned: Passionate about helping others and open to personal and professional growth.
  • Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 25 lbs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule caregivers to meet client needs ensuring consistency and quality of care.
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules in ClearCare/WellSky or similar platforms.
  • Manage call-offs shift changes and urgent coverage needs promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate start-of-care shifts for new clients with caregiver availability and preferences.
  • Communicate clearly with caregivers clients and internal staff about scheduling updates.
  • Prioritize thoughtful caregiver-client matching based on skills personality and compatibility.
  • Track caregiver performance and support positive relationship-building.
  • Contribute to a collaborative supportive team culture.
  • Participate in the weekend backup rotation for after-hours support.
  • Work a full-time in-office schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (40-45 hours/week).
