Job Summary
Job Title: NM - CRNA

Job Description:Manage supervise and support a team of CRNAs and nursing staff.

Provide anesthesia care including pre-anesthesia assessment administration monitoring and post-anesthesia care.

Develop and implement policies procedures and quality improvement initiatives related to anesthesia services.

Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
-
Schedule and allocate tasks to CRNAs and nursing staff based on workload.
-
Ensure compliance with hospital policies state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.

Train mentor and evaluate CRNA staff performance.

Monitor patient safety protocols and respond to emergencies effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Active CRNA certification (NBCRNA) and valid state nursing license.

Minimum 5 years of clinical anesthesia experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role preferred.

Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques pharmacology and patient monitoring.

Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
