Job Summary
Introduction
Our client a leading private hospital is seeking a skilled Unit Manager for the Emergency Unit. This role involves overseeing the units operations leading a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring the delivery of safe high-quality emergency care.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- SANC registration as a Professional Nurse
- Post Basic qualification in Trauma Nursing
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Emergency Unit Manager
- Thorough knowledge of emergency nursing policies procedures and clinical protocols
- Strong understanding of scientific nursing processes and BCA bundles
- Experience with Kronos system for staff scheduling
- Excellent leadership organisational and planning skills
- Strong communication problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Self-disciplined professional role model for the team
