About the Role
Were looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our NL and FR teams and drive service excellence across our this role youll oversee daily operations guide your team towards meeting KPIs and ensure smooth communication with colleagues and executives across locations.

About your tasks:
Lead coach and support the NL and FR Customer Service teams to achieve performance and development goals.
Ensure transparent communication with team members fellow managers and executives across sites (Tongeren and Sevenum).
Oversee daily operations including monitoring KPIs managing workflows and assigning complex cases to the right team members.
Drive process improvements by analyzing tools workflows and performance data to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Foster a positive team culture and act as the link between Customer Service and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
About You
You have proven experience in leading and coaching teams ideally in a customer service environment.
You are a clear and confident communicator fluent in English (C2) and in Dutch or French. The other language (either Dutch or French) should be on a B1 level.
You combine a customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills to handle complex cases.
You are comfortable working with KPIs and operational targets using data to drive performance.
You thrive in a fast-paced international setting and enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders.
You promote a positive collaborative team culture where people can grow and succeed.
