Position: Skilled Laborer
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to support our growing commercial drywall and framing projects. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on construction experience and build a long-term career in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist crews with the handling and movement of materials tools and equipment.
Support drywall framers finishers and carpenters with setup prep and cleanup.
Perform demolition site preparation and other general labor tasks.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required-training provided.
Strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Team player with a positive attitude and respect for others.
Reliable transportation to job sites across New England.
Authorized to work in the United States.
