What the job is

You will join a small agile unit anchored in the CIO Office supporting key IT initiatives across Satair. Your mission To work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across IT and business functions to support and advise on strategic projects provide analysis structure decision-making and improve IT management practices.

Youll be at the core of high-impact initiatives ranging from IT strategy sourcing and governance to process improvements and cross-departmental transformations. This role is not just about managing projects its about solving the right problems building clarity and enabling leadership to make informed decisions.

How you will contribute to the team

• Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to scope structure and advice on strategic IT projects

• Deliver high-quality analysis presentations and decision support materials that bring clarity to complex problems

• Support and facilitate IT governance reporting and roadmap development

• Work across disciplines like cybersecurity infrastructure data architecture applications to connect dots and improve coordination

• Analyze data identify trends and propose actions to support performance compliance and value creation

• Serve as a sparring partner to leaders and SMEs across IT enabling better decision-making and execution

• Help embed consulting best practices such as hypothesis-driven problem solving issue trees and stakeholder mapping

• Build relationships and trust across Satairs IT landscape and contribute to the broader Airbus ecosystem through alignment and smart reuse

Your profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering IT or related field

• 8 years of experience from a management consulting firm or an internal strategy/IT function in a complex organization

• Proven ability to work independently and keep progress in fast-paced environments

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Excellent communication and presentation skills able to translate complex findings into actionable business insights. Excellent at presenting to senior stakeholders from business and IT.

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration stakeholder engagement and facilitating workshops or governance forums

• Familiarity with IT operating models IT governance IT service management or cybersecurity is a strong advantage

• Fluent in English

• A proactive service minded attitude and genuine interest in helping IT deliver more value

• Strong team player
