About the Role
Were looking for a Data Scientist who can own outcomes not just models.
Youll define predict and move the companys core metricsswitching seamlessly between hands-on analytical work product experimentation and high-stakes business initiatives.
Youll partner with engineering on technical projects lead cross-functional ops workstreams and brief enterprise stakeholders with clear actionable insights.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone whos low-ego relentlessly curious and energized by intense high-leverage work.
Tech stack: SQL Python
What Youll Do:
- Own strategic projects end-to-end: scope analyze prototype ship measure.
- Build models and decision tools that directly impact growth unit economics and operational throughput.
- Define core metrics & data sources so teams can answer complex questions in real time.
- Turn internal workflow data into throughput forecasts bottleneck detection and automation roadmaps.
- Prototype AI/ML approaches (e.g. outcome prediction/optimization) with engineering.
- Ship external-facing data products and present insights to Fortune 100 partners.
- Work directly with leadership on trade-offs between speed quality and profitability.
What Were Looking For:
- 48 years in data science / analytics / ML with proven business impact.
- Expert in SQL and strong Python (pandas NumPy; bonus for scikit-learn/ML ops).
- Experience owning ambiguous problems from zero one scaled adoption.
- Business athlete: communicate crisply influence cross-functionally and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Comfort presenting to executives and enterprise customers.
