Crucial Duties and Responsibilities

As a Field Engineer you will perform repairs routine inspections installations customer service item sales promotions and customer training for analytical instruments and systems we manufacture and sell.

  • On-site installation
  • Routine maintenance visits
  • Provide additional value and corrective support
  • Assisting other members of the team
  • Prepare and submit work reports
  • Provide user training on system maintenance
  • Provide feedback to the global product quality team
  • Update and revise service process documentation
  • Identification and reporting of outstanding issues related to business processes

Job Description

The successful candidate will be involved in a large part of the service provided to customers after the installation of the equipment and will play a role in improving customer satisfaction and equipment upgrades as well as driving service sales growth.

  • Installation and operation of equipment
  • Solving and repairing issues
  • Inspection and validation work
  • Propose maintenance contracts paid repairs and upgrades according to customer needs

Required Skills

If you have any of the following skills we will provide on-the-job training for product knowledge:

  • Major in chemistry electrical mechanical etc.
  • Experience as a service engineer for specific products
  • User experience with various analyzers
  • Willingness to share and address customer problems
  • Efficient communication with internal customers and partners
  • English proficiency to read manuals and receive training (TOEIC 500 or higher)
  • Adaptability to handle multiple products
  • Ability to explain concepts to customers in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
