Position : Appointment Setter
Work Hours (Client) : 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST
Pay Range : $1000 USD/month incentives up to $3500 (varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : South Africa
Work Location : REMOTE
Type of Contract : Independent Contractor

Were hiring an Appointment Setter to generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. Youll connect with warm and cold leads qualify prospects and schedule pre-booked strategy sessions. This role is for motivated metrics-driven professionals who thrive on outreach and pipeline building.
Duties and Responsibilities:
KPIs & Expectations
- Make 80120 outbound calls per day (Cold Calls and Warm
- Book 1520 qualified appointments per week
- Maintain a 70% show-up rate
- Convert 2030% of leads to appointments
- Keep 100% accurate CRM data in ClickUp/GoHighLevel

Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 1 years of related experience
Non Negotiables:
- 1 year of experience in appointment setting cold calling or business development
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity targets (calls emails SMS)
- Strong communication skills in English (written verbal)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (GoHighLevel ClickUp preferred)
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Available to work U.S. EST hours (9 AM 6 PM)
