Position: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Schedule:Full-time MondayFriday (flexible hours; availability during EST preferred)About the client
The clients company is a growing online business and personal brand rooted in meaningful storytelling community and creativity. Beyond their ecommerce platform the clients are creators with a strong presence on TikTok (250K followers) and Instagram (40K followers) where they share lifestyle faith-based and educational content.
They are currently expanding their team to bring on a Brand Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator to help them manage and grow our brand collaborations and content partnerships across platforms.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position with a strong focus on brand outreach and partnership development. Your primary responsibility will be to help us secure 46 brand deals per month by managing outbound communications with brands across platforms (via email DMs and influencer marketplaces). This role requires strong writing skills persistence and basic social media familiarityespecially with TikTok and Instagram.
You do not need prior experience working with influencers though its helpful if you have created content yourself or have worked with brands before in some capacity. The client will provide detailed guidance and training to help you understand our content values and goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibility: Brand Deal Outreach
- Apply to relevant opportunities on influencer marketplaces (e.g. Later Aspire)
- Proactively reach out to brands via email or DM for potential collaborations
- Tailor pitches to align with our content audience and values
- Track outreach efforts follow-ups and responses to ensure consistency
- Work toward securing 46 brand deals per month (even 12 can cover your role)
Secondary Responsibilities (Supportive Tasks)
- Light content editing support for brand-sponsored posts
- Keep TikTok and Instagram channels active to boost visibility for outreach
- Assist in coordinating sponsored post deliverables and timelines
Optional (If Time Allows)
- Community engagement (responding to comments/messages)
- TikTok affiliate outreach or management (similar process to brand outreach)
Key Qualities Were Looking For
- Excellent Writing & Communication Skills Youll be representing us in outreach.
- Familiarity with TikTok & Instagram You know what good influencer content looks like.
- Organized & Persistent You can manage multiple threads of communication and follow up.
- Sales-minded & Strategic You understand value propositions and can help refine pitches.
- Cultural Sensitivity Understanding of Muslim values is a plus but not required. Well provide context and training to ensure alignment with our brand ethos and audience.

- Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently
