Job Summary
Position : Outbound Sales Development Representative
Work Hours (Client) : 10:00 AM 6:00 PM MST
Pay Range : $1000 USD/month base COMMISSION (see below)

The Role:
Were hiring a commission-driven phone-savvy Outbound SDR to own all outbound communication with our customer base.
Your mission: turn our list of 15000 past customers into booked jobs and paid maintenance appointments. These arent cold calls as youre reaching out to homeowners who already know and trust our brand. Youll proactively reconnect with them to offer seasonal services and exclusive promotions. If you love closing on the phone staying sharp under pressure and driving real revenue this role is built for you.
What Youll Do
- Make 100200 outbound calls/day to past customers offering tune-ups flushes or various promotions
- Book 15-30 appointments per week for our technicians HVAC plumbing or both
- Drive customer success by beginning your day with Outbound Happy Calls requesting Google reviews handling service issues and following up post-appointment
- Log all activity and update customer records in our CRM (ServiceTitan)
- Collaborate with dispatchers to keep the schedule tight and technicians busy
Commission:
Commission Pay:
- $20 per qualified appointment booked
Monthly Performance Bonuses:
- 50 qualified appointments in one month $250 bonus
- 75 qualified appointments in one month $500 bonus
- 100 qualified appointments in one month $1000 bonus

Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or near-native accent
- 3 years in outbound calling inside sales SDR or B2C customer success
- Good knowledge of plumbing water heaters and HVAC is required
- Confident using CRMs (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
- Skilled in objection handling and basic troubleshooting
- Tech-savvy and organized able to log notes and move fast
- HVAC or home services experience is a bonus not a requirement
