Work Hours (Client) : 3pm-12am or 2pm-11pm South African Time (including a one hour lunch)

Pay Range : $1800 - $2000 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Were looking for a Client Services Coordinator whos not just reliable - but

remarkable. Youll be the go-to person ensuring our clients feel heard supported

and delighted from start to finish. This role is a mix of project coordination client

communication and process management - ideal for someone who thrives on

ownership details and delivering top-tier service.

You wont just manage tasks - youll be an essential voice in improving our client

experience and driving retention and referrals.

Duties and responsibilities:

As our Client Services Coordinator youll be at the heart of client success and operational excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client communications across LinkedIn Gmail phone and chat - always with professionalism warmth and speed.
  • Editing and preparing client-facing documents (communications proposals reports) to ensure polished high-impact delivery.
  • Conducting follow-ups to check satisfaction address issues and keep projects on track.
  • Supporting and collaborating with our US-based team to ensure workflows run smoothly and clients feel consistently supported.
  • Working directly with the Operations Manager to take on tasks solve problems and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Engaging in complex data entry across Microsoft Excel and online portals accuracy and efficiency are key.
  • Creating and maintaining clear communication workflows to streamline both internal and external processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (accent is fine)

Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3 years of related experience working with US clients

  • Proven experience working with US-based clients
  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong command of grammar and style
  • Ability to respond to chat requests promptly with tone and style that align with the customers/clients communication style
