As an OMT F16 Production Photo manager you will be responsible for the management of the Photo team. The teams are primarily responsible to help to improve max out and production line control. Include Training Team/Talent management to enable virtual clustered scale. Examples include using SMAI and co-work with PEE/EE/ADT to achieve MXT goal discovery and implementation of new methods (BKM) maximum equipment utilization optimization operational efficiency optimization and continuous improvement project prioritization and productivity. This position will be in OMT F16 and cooperate with OMT F11.

Manager ME Production Photo

Lead an outstanding engineering team in ME Production to drive excellence and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the production team to rigorously ensure magnificent execution of production MXT targets.
• Lead team management efforts to feed a collaborative inclusive and daring work environment.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and scale virtual clustered operations.
• Drive efficiency by identifying and reliably conducting new methods and process optimizations.
• Apply outstanding line management skills to improve tool efficiency and lead all aspects of NPI ramping.
• Handle WIP (Work in Progress) across OMT(TY/TC) to maintain efficient workflow.
• Facilitate seamless communication and handover of duties/issues between shifts to ensure operational continuity.
• Liaise effectively with Management Planning and Engineering teams to resolve daily production issues.
• Feed operators career development through targeted mentoring and on-the-job training.
• Build and maintain a harmonious and safe working environment that feeds collaboration dedication and ownership within the team.
• Work to establish a culture of learning and sharing best-known methods to simplify procedures and streamline process flows.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a consistent record in the production/planner manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrates outstanding agreement spirit and a proactive mentality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Capable of efficiently balancing multiple priorities and tasks.
• Exhibits strong leadership skills and a driven spirit.
• Tried great teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and stress resistance.
