Position: Principal Program Management - Onsite Merchandising

Role Overview:

The Onsite Merchandising team is looking for a Senior Program Manager who is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experiences through data-driven merchandising strategies and operational excellence.

This role will drive high-impact initiatives that enhance the quality relevance and performance of onsite content across Coupangs Taiwan platform.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong executional capabilities able to build scalable processes collaborate cross-functionally and continuously optimize for customer engagement and business growth.

What You Will Do:

Ensure onsite merchandising content (e.g. banners modules landing pages) is accurate engaging and aligned with brand and business goals while maintaining parity with standards.

Build and scale new merchandising programs from scratchincluding process design resource planning dashboard creation and performance tracking using key metrics.
Translate data insights into clear actionable recommendations and communicate them effectively to stakeholders including retail and marketing leadership.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to localize and implement merchandising strategies tailored to the Taiwan market.

Basic Qualifications

8 years of experience in operations program management or merchandising execution
Proven ability to set up and scale operational processes from zero
Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
Proficiency in Excel; ability to work with large datasets
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
Leadership experience with a track record of developing junior team members
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Native Chinese required & fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
Background in e-commerce retail or digital marketing operations
