Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader of Growth Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain temporary and fixed-term workers for ourfulfillment centers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing data analytics and recruitment marketing. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record or scaling tech startups and e-commerce platforms in competitive marketing particularly in Asia (although not an essential requirement).

What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead comprehensive growth marketing strategies across various digital channels (e.g. paid search social media email marketing content marketing).

  • Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and improve candidate acquisition and retention.

  • Ability to work with workforce suppliers and strategize to leverage them for the workforce fulfilment

  • Define roadmap for growth working Product and Engineering teams to build capabilities to improve efficiency of marketing spend.

  • Lead discussions and manage relationships with senior stakeholders with other performance marketing channel partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR operations and product teams to align marketing efforts with recruitment goals.

  • Build and manage a high-performing team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.

  • Analyse market trends and candidate behaviour to identify and capitalize on recruitment opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8-12 years in performance marketing with at least 4 years in leadership role ideally in a fast-growth tech company or e-commerce platform at scale.

  • Experience leading cross-channel marketing strategies (paid organic and social search and display marketing).

  • A proven track record of leading acquisition engagement and funnel optimization with a focus on long-term growth.

  • Strong proficiency in using data and analytics to deep dive on challenges to help guide business decisions.

  • Demonstrated bias for action with a proven ability to execute rapidly take ownership and drive initiatives from concept to completion.

  • Known for decisiveness pragmatic problem-solving and the ability to pivot quickly in response to market demands.

  • Experience in leading and scaling high-performing cross-functional teams across geographies.

  • Highly credible with the ability to work with leadership inform and support decision making by leveraging your deep expertise in growth marketing.
