Position Overview

SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Support Services functions at S:US are carried out by a team of professionals with diverse backgrounds who share deeply in the S:US mission. The Human Capital Management Solutions (HCMS) Department is looking for a detailed-oriented organized creative and technically savvy individual to join our HCMS Team as an HCMS Specialist. This role supports the maintenance of the various Human Resource Systems (HRIS/Payroll/Timekeeping and ATS) through employee-lifecycle processing reporting auditing and compliance.

  1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

HRIS/Payroll/Timekeeping and ATS Systems

  • Accountable for the processing of candidate data from iCIMS on-boarding into our UKG System to ensure accuracy of data
  • Responsible for the accuracy of employee life-cycle changes including but not limited to new hires transfers promotions status LOAs salary adjustments and terminations
  • Verify accuracy of HR Actions and work with and or train managers on HR Action process
  • Provides customer support assist in researching and resolving problems
  • Assist with testing system enhancements and new functionality
  • Addresses end-user support cases as assigned
  • Participates in training including developing end user procedures guidelines and documentation on HCMS processes/functionality
  • Cross train on various module and perform scheduled activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  1. Required Skills/Abilities

  • Enhanced verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with UKG/Kronos Workforce Dimensions or equivalent

  1. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree in Business Administration Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least three years related experience required
  • Basic Human Capital Management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain high level of accuracy in a rapidly changing HR environment
  • Ability to communicate sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
