Job Summary

CheQ Systems is looking for a Company Nurse with at least 1 year related experience. Competitive salary and benefits await you!

Educational Background:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse
Attended and completed the Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training
Must be a Certified Red Cross Trainer
Knowledgeable in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Knowledgeable in basic government processing such as SSS Pagibig BIR and Philhealth
Can start immediately
Willing to work over time
Willing to work in any given schedule

Job Responsibilities:

Records and monitors all employees medical records
Prepares and monitors inventory of medicines and medical supplies
Provides first-aid treatments and medications to employees
Accommodates sick employees to the hospital when necessary and assists in dropping the employee home
Creates and maintain the health and safety of the employees in the workplace
Conducts research activities pertaining or related to safety and health of employees
Responsible in engaging employees to attend health and wellness programs stress management program and other activities that will help in promoting a good work home balance
Coordinate with the HMO regarding APE schedule and other concerns of employees
Performs administrative functions that may be assigned to her
Assesses physical wellness of applicants and recommends for pre-employment medical examination
Help organize and facilitate company events (Company Outing Christmas Party Sports Festival)
Responsible in new hire pre-employment requirements and conducts on-boarding process
Help support Employee Engagement and Retention Program / activities
