Ingeniero IA Jr. - Hibrido CDMX - WTC

We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer to join our AI & Telecom Solutions team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about AI/ML with a strong programming background and the desire to grow in applied AI within a multidisciplinary environment. You will work closely with senior engineers data scientists and telecom experts contributing through coding testing and operationalizing models.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience (internships or junior roles) in software development or AI/ML projects
  Language skills: English B2
• Strong coding skills in Python (bonus: Java Scala or Go)
• Basic knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI AWS Azure GCP) is a plus
• Exposure to data processing frameworks (Pandas Spark SQL) desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scripts and pipelines for data preprocessing feature engineering and model training
• Support experimentation and evaluation of ML and deep learning models
• Contribute to deploying models into production environments
• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD workflows for ML pipelines
• Collaborate with data scientists and senior engineers to operationalize prototypes
• Adapt AI/ML models to telecom-specific use cases such as fault prediction and traffic optimization
• Document activities and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
