Senior Functional Business Analyst Dynamics 365 Commerce & CRM

(Hybrid - Mexico City Guadalajara Monterrey and Coahuila)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Business Analyst for projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Analyze business models focusing on commerce and customer processes to design efficient future-state solutions.
Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather document and prioritize business requirements.
Develop detailed process maps user stories and workflows to guide the development teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and best practices.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
Make key decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes.

Must-Have Qualifications (Reescribir completamente esta sección):

5 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst(o similar) in ERP/CRM implementation projects.
Proven functional expertiseinMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Commerceis mandatory. (Experiencia funcional comprobable en D365 Commerce es mandatoria).
Strong functional knowledgeofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM(Customer Engagement) modules. (Fuerte conocimiento funcional de los módulos de CRM).
Advanced proficiency in business requirements analysis process mapping and Agile methodologies.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between business and IT.

Location & Schedule:

Hybrid work from Mexico City Monterrey and Coahuila.
Remote work from Guadalajara.
Work hours Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
Advanced English skills are mandatory
Only residents of GDL MTY Coahuila and CDMX.
