Job Summary
SAP MDG Developer for Exciting Projects Remote in Mexico
We are looking for a SAP MDG Developer to join us. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and proven experience in designing building and configuring applications to support business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build and configure applications that meet business and technical requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP MDG leading technical decisions and providing solutions across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct testing debugging and performance tuning to ensure high application reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay current with industry best practices to continuously improve application development processes.
Technical Skills Required:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP MDG EhP6 & MDG
- Extensive ECC and/or S/4 HANA experience
- Worked on at least 2 MDG projects
- Expertise in Implementation of SAP MDG Solution for masters like Customer Vendor Material Finance Objects.
- Experience in Configuration rule-based Workflow.
- Experience in Integrating business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance.
- Expert knowledge in activation and configuration of the MDG modules & components.
- Typically directly supervises up to 5 employees and indirectly supervises up to 15 employees
- Experience leading nearshore and offshore teams team oversight including supervising monitoring the queue and checking team availability.
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent teamwork communication and mentoring abilities.
- Proactive responsible and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
Location & Schedule:
- Location: Remote in Mexico
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am 6:00 pm.
