As a Chef at Prezzo Italian youll be right at the heart of our kitchencrafting delicious high-qualitydishes that guests love. Youll take pride in every plate bringing focus care and attention to food qualitypresentation and safety.
With teamwork at the core youll bring energy to each shiftsupporting your fellow team membersboth in the kitchen and front of house to keep service smooth and connected.
Youll tackle challengeshead-on and play your part in creating a kitchen full of pace precision and to our structured training youll build your skills as you growstarting with one section (Chef 1)progressing to two (Chef 2) and mastering all three as a Chef 3.
- Working hand in hand with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep kitchen operations running smoothly and to a highstandard.
- Delivering consistently high-quality food with pace care and heart in every service.
- Supporting fellow team members in their learning and developmentsharing skills and helping others grow.
- Taking pride in maintaining a clean organised and compliant kitchencreating an environment the whole teamcan be proud of.
Our Person - We are looking for someone who:
- Prepares and cook dishes to the highest standards ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Maintains food safety and hygiene standards following Prezzos HACCP policies.
- Supports stock control by following portioning guidelines and reducing accurate completion of kitchen paperwork including temperature logs and cleaningrecords.
- Delivers exceptional food quality and presentation to enhance the guest experience.
- Works efficiently to ensure timely food service.
- Supports the Head Chef in handling guest feedback collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen in training and developing junior kitchen team a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Follows all health & safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to the Head Chef or General kitchen opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.
Experience We Value
