A highly successful traditional estate agency is seeking an experienced and professional Head of Residential Sales for a pivotal role within the company.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales / Branch Manager or a strong Assistant Sales Manager with excellent listing skills to progress in their career. The ideal candidate will be ready to step into a leadership role spotting business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced independent estate agency environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Lead and manage a residential sales team
• Conduct valuations and listings for properties
• Spot and seize business opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards
• Support team development and mentor staff
• Oversee the sales process from start to finish ensuring client satisfaction

• Extensive experience in property sales and estate agency
• Proven ability to conduct valuations and listings
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Smart well-presented articulate and ambitious
• Knowledge of the local market (desirable)
• Full driving licence required
• Ability to provide top-tier service and be a team player
