Résumé du poste :

  • Diriger la production des rapports consolidés de fin de mois sur les flux de trésorerie et les dépenses en capital y compris la gestion et la distribution des modèles des unités daffaires (UA) la préparation des requêtes spécifiques aux UA et la résolution des demandes.
  • Élaborer et présenter des résumés et des présentations de niveau exécutif expliquant les résultats mensuels à laide doutils de reporting standard et ad hoc; inclut la préparation des rapports mensuels et trimestriels pour le siège social.
  • Gérer les téléchargements de prévisions dans FCCS en assurant lexhaustivité lexactitude et la validation en temps opportun des soumissions des UA.
  • Fournir une analyse critique et remettre en question les données soumises par les UA pour garantir leur alignement avec les objectifs consolidés de flux de trésorerie et de dépenses en capital.
  • Collaborer avec le Directeur Flux de trésorerie et les responsables financiers des UA pour soutenir lélaboration dun budget consolidé précis et fiable des flux de trésorerie et des dépenses en capital.
  • Maintenir et améliorer continuellement les modèles financiers pour soutenir lanalyse de données à grande échelle et lautomatisation des tâches récurrentes.
  • Exploiter les technologies pour automatiser et améliorer les processus existants au sein du département.
  • Réaliser dautres analyses rapports et présentations ad hoc selon les besoins.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité et titre CPA
  • Minimum de 7 ans dexpérience en comptabilité et/ou en planification et analyse financière
  • Excellente maîtrise dExcel avec capacité à comprendre et construire des modèles financiers
  • Connaissance des systèmes SAP et FCCS (un atout)
  • Connaissance de Power Query/Power BI (un atout)
  • Connaissance des principes de flux de trésorerie (un atout)
  • Esprit damélioration des processus / numérique avec un intérêt pour lapprentissage de nouvelles technologies outils et méthodes de travail
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à communiquer efficacement avec tous les niveaux de gestion
  • Sens de lurgence et respect des délais avec capacité à gérer plusieurs livrables
  • Aptitude à gérer le changement et à travailler en équipe
  • Grande attention aux détails et solides compétences analytiques
  • Bilingue (français et anglais)

Reporting to the Director Cash Flow the Senior Financial Analyst Cash Flow FP&A will play a key role in partnering with the finance leads across McKesson Canada. The main areas of responsibility include financial planning forecasting annual budgeting and special projects as it relates to working capital cashflow and capital expenditures.

Job Summary:

  • Lead month-end consolidated cash flow and capital expenditure reporting including managing and distribution of BU templates preparation of BU-specific queries and resolution of inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level summaries and presentations that explain monthly results using both standard and ad hoc reporting tools; includes preparation of monthly and quarterly corporate reporting packages
  • Manage FCCS forecast uploads ensuring completeness accuracy and timely validation of business unit submissions.
  • Provide analytical oversight and challenge BU-submitted data to ensure alignment with consolidated cash flow and capital expenditure targets.
  • Partner with the Director Cash Flow and finance leads across BUs to support building an accurate and sound consolidated cash flow and capital expenditure budget
  • Maintain and continuously improve financial models to support large-scale data analysis and automation of recurring tasks
  • Leverage technologies to automate and improve existing processes across the department
  • Perform other ad hoc analyses reports and presentations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting and CPA designation
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in accounting and/or financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel with the ability to understand and build financial models
  • Knowledge of SAP and FCCS systems (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Power Query/Power BI (an asset)
  • Knowledge of cash flow principles (an asset)
  • Process-improvement/Digital mindset with an interest in learning new technologies tools and ways of working
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • A sense of urgency and respect for deadlines with the ability to handle multiple deliverables
  • Adept at managing change and working as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Bilingual (French and English)

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
