HEAD OF FINANCE CA(SA) - ZAR 2 MILLION pa - SOUTHERN SUBURBS CPT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and mentor a large finance team instilling excellence accountability and accuracy.
Own all financial operations including accounting treasury tax and audits.
Take full responsibility for payroll across multiple sites ensuring flawless execution and compliance.
Manage budgets forecasts and financial planning with a focus on cost control and optimization.
Implement and enhance ERP/financial systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Advise leadership with clear actionable financial insights to guide decision-making.

Requirements

Registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
MBA advantageous
12 years progressive finance; 5 years in a senior role
Experience in managing payroll operations at a senior level including knowledge of South African labor law statutory deductions
and payroll systems integration with HR and ERP platforms (for eg. Sage 300)
