Position : Customer Support Representative

Working Schedule : 8AM to 5PM AEST

Salary Range :$1000-$1200 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Were looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a remote full-time position with flexible hours but you must have a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). The ideal start date is as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service across various platforms including email chat WhatsApp and social media direct messages (DMs).
Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders refunds exchanges and general product usage.
Log and document customer interactions accurately escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail when processing requests and updating customer information.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 years of experience in e-commerce customer support.
Proficiency with Shopify Gorgias and Klaviyo is a must.
Exceptional written communication skills in English with a warm and professional tone.
Experience with CRM systems and a high degree of comfort with various tech platforms.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
A proactive organized and calm approach to handling high volumes of inquiries.
A startup-minded and customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
