Job Summary
Position : Customer Support Representative
Working Schedule : 8AM to 5PM AEST
Salary Range :$1000-$1200 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Were looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a remote full-time position with flexible hours but you must have a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). The ideal start date is as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service across various platforms including email chat WhatsApp and social media direct messages (DMs).
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders refunds exchanges and general product usage.
- Log and document customer interactions accurately escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when processing requests and updating customer information.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer support.
- Proficiency with Shopify Gorgias and Klaviyo is a must.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English with a warm and professional tone.
- Experience with CRM systems and a high degree of comfort with various tech platforms.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- A proactive organized and calm approach to handling high volumes of inquiries.
- A startup-minded and customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
