Our client is a top-notch technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement B2B sales execution and account coordination to achieve business success in the Southern Vietnam industrial sector.

  • Manage a customer portfolio of local and international electronics manufacturers focusing on PCB assembly systems and autonomous factory solutions.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to deliver on assigned targets.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with local and foreign partners in the electronics sector.

  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs recommend tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Provide technical consultations coordinate product demonstrations and collaborate with engineering experts to address customer requirements.

  • Support the preparation of proposals quotations and commercial negotiations covering pricing delivery schedules and after-sales service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (factory service parts logistics) to ensure timely delivery installation and after-sales support.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and report insights to management.

  • Support marketing initiatives such as seminars customer events and trade exhibitions in the Southern region.

  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports forecasts and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.


Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in electronics PCB or automation industries.

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in Chinese (mandatory) and English (strong communication skills preferred).

  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving skills proactive approach and ability to work independently or in multicultural teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as business requires.
