Our client is a top-notch technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Responsibilities
Drive customer engagement B2B sales execution and account coordination to achieve business success in the Southern Vietnam industrial sector.
Manage a customer portfolio of local and international electronics manufacturers focusing on PCB assembly systems and autonomous factory solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to deliver on assigned targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with local and foreign partners in the electronics sector.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs recommend tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide technical consultations coordinate product demonstrations and collaborate with engineering experts to address customer requirements.
Support the preparation of proposals quotations and commercial negotiations covering pricing delivery schedules and after-sales service.
Collaborate with internal teams (factory service parts logistics) to ensure timely delivery installation and after-sales support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and report insights to management.
Support marketing initiatives such as seminars customer events and trade exhibitions in the Southern region.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports forecasts and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in electronics PCB or automation industries.
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent).
Proficiency in Chinese (mandatory) and English (strong communication skills preferred).
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills proactive approach and ability to work independently or in multicultural teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as business requires.
