This opportunity would be ideal for a Principal Designer Senior Architect or Design Lead with proven experience in large-scale design projects and confidence in managing teams while driving design excellence.

Duties:

Lead the design process from concept through completion ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Oversee and inspire design teams providing mentorship and guidance.
Engage in Business Development initiatives to expand the firms presence and secure new opportunities.
Build and strengthen a Client Network through presentations proposals and strong relationship management.
Attend and lead Meetings with clients consultants and stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
Collaborate with senior leadership on practice strategy and growth.

Requirements:

Strong experience as a Principal Designer or Senior Architect within the architecture sector.
Background in leading large-scale multi-sector projects.
Confident communicator with experience running client-facing Meetings.
A proactive approach to Business Development and expanding a Client Network.
Skilled in industry-standard design and presentation software.
Ability to balance creative vision with practical and technical requirements.
