Job Summary

What You Will Be Doing.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Quality checking health information as provided by health care providers
  • Liaising directly with health care providers such as medical clinics pathology providers health professionals and participants following appointments
  • Writing accurate and detailed case notes in the medEbridge platform
  • Relationship management between key stakeholders
  • Responding to UHG customer queries

Qualifications :

What You Should Have

  • Strong customer and service orientated focus
  • Excellent time management and attention to details
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of systems processes and procedures
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Understanding of health & medical information exchange and the interplay between healthcare practitioners their clients and insurers (desirable)
