What You Will Be Doing.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Quality checking health information as provided by health care providers
- Liaising directly with health care providers such as medical clinics pathology providers health professionals and participants following appointments
- Writing accurate and detailed case notes in the medEbridge platform
- Relationship management between key stakeholders
- Responding to UHG customer queries
Qualifications :
What You Should Have
- Strong customer and service orientated focus
- Excellent time management and attention to details
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of systems processes and procedures
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Understanding of health & medical information exchange and the interplay between healthcare practitioners their clients and insurers (desirable)
