Job Summary
Step into an Executive Assistant role where youll partner closely with our Executive Team thriving in a fast-paced environment and staying one step ahead - anticipating needs streamlining priorities and keeping everything running seamlessly.
What youll do
- Own the rhythm of the exec team - calendars meetings travel and priorities all running seamlessly
- Be the first line of focus: triage requests keep comms sharp and drive quick follow-ups
- Craft presentations documents and messages that land with impact and influence decisions
- Act as the connector between leaders teams partners and clients - making sure nothing gets lost in the noise
- Keep meetings purposeful: set agendas capture actions and make sure outcomes stick
- Research gather insights and bring clarity that powers smart decision-making
- Jump into special projects and cross-functional initiatives that shape business momentum
- Bring people together through events offsites and recognition moments that spark collaboration and culture
- Handle sensitive info with discretion and professionalism - always trusted always reliable
- Spot roadblocks before they happen and clear the path to keep things moving fast
- Team up with the broader admin crew to share wins and deliver impact together
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- Experience as an EA supporting C-suite leaders thriving in fast-moving environments
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Slack Confluence and Jira (or quick to learn!)
- A natural communicator with sharp writing editing and storytelling skills
- Super organised and adaptable you keep priorities moving and deadlines on track
- Bonus points for event planning experience and a love for bringing people together
- A track record of excellence curiosity and impact in high-performance settings
