Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Chartered Building Surveyor to lead and expand our national service line. Key Responsibilities

As our national Building Surveyor Lead youll work closely with our Executive team to:

• Establish and grow a high-performing Building Surveying team across New Zealand.
• Drive strategic growth through business development and operational excellence.
• Drive innovation as a core enabler of future services offerings
• Deliver expert surveying services including technical due diligence defect analysis compliance advice and dilapidation reporting.
• Champion Colliers values culture and reputation through strong leadership and relationship management.

Qualifications :

• MRICS (preferred) or NZIBS Qualification (3-5 years post qualification experience preferred)
• Experience in commercial construction or a related industry.
• A growth mindset and the ambition to lead and develop a national team.
• Strong understanding of property legislation compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in industry software applications and a passion for new technology
• A collaborative enterprising mindset with a passion for delivering results.
