Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Chartered Building Surveyor to lead and expand our national service line. Key Responsibilities
As our national Building Surveyor Lead youll work closely with our Executive team to:
- Establish and grow a high-performing Building Surveying team across New Zealand.
- Drive strategic growth through business development and operational excellence.
- Drive innovation as a core enabler of future services offerings
- Deliver expert surveying services including technical due diligence defect analysis compliance advice and dilapidation reporting.
- Champion Colliers values culture and reputation through strong leadership and relationship management.
Qualifications :
- MRICS (preferred) or NZIBS Qualification (3-5 years post qualification experience preferred)
- Experience in commercial construction or a related industry.
- A growth mindset and the ambition to lead and develop a national team.
- Strong understanding of property legislation compliance and risk management.
- Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in industry software applications and a passion for new technology
- A collaborative enterprising mindset with a passion for delivering results.
