Responsibilities:
Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:
Shoot and measure merchandise
Edit and upload products
Order fulfilment
Warehouse management
Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
Work closely with SG e-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly
Coordinate with part-timers to plan monthly work schedule
Provide customers support through channels including but not limited to email and social media
Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Qualifications :
- Diploma/degree in the related field
- Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred)
- Good command of English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Detail oriented organised and has good time management
- Able to work independently and display strong initiatives
- Working hours from 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday - Work From Office
- Able to commute office located in Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru City Square)
